(Baked Good) of the Week: Crispy Salted Oatmeal White Chocolate Cookies

These are so super delicious. I used Smitten Kitchen’s recipe, which she says is in her top 5 cookies of all time, and OH MY is it. They are crispy and a little chewy and crackly, and they are still delicious after a few days (if they last that long), crumbled over vanilla ice cream.
